「人權70讚出來」 邀民眾宣讀世界人權宣言
今年是「世界人權宣言」70週年，國家人權博物館特地與民主基金會合作，舉辦「人權70～讚出來」活動，邀請民眾宣讀一段自己最有感的「世界人權宣言」條文，並自拍影像上傳到網站，希望藉此讓台灣民眾更了解這項宣言，進一步鞏固、深化台灣的民主。#記者鄭翔云、歐陽夢萍採訪報導#
「世界人權宣言」是由來自世界各地不同法律和文化背景的代表起草，於1948年12月10日在巴黎召開的聯合國大會上通過。「世界人權宣言」宣告全世界所有人在政治、經濟、社會、文化等各面相該享有的權利，並應得到普遍保護。「世界人權宣言」是在國際上影響力最大、也是被翻譯成最多語言的文件。
今年是世界人權宣言70週年，為了讓台灣民眾都了解這項宣言，國家人權博物館特別規劃「人權70～讚出來」活動，邀請民眾自拍宣讀宣言的影像，並上傳到活動網站，一起為人權發聲，成為「世界人權宣言」的代言人。國家人權博物館館長陳俊宏：『(原音)我們在這次要邀請所有全國的民眾們，用你自己最熟悉的語言一起來為人權發聲。所以我們在今天開始，我們會啟動一個官方的網站，讓所有朋友們按照網站裡面的說明，大家可以把自己最熟悉、最認可的那個條文把它唸出來，然後上傳到這個網站裡面。』
民主基金會執行長廖福特也指出，「世界人權宣言」不只是第一份國際人權文件，更重要的是後續衍生了許多國際人權條約，包括現在俗稱的國際「九大核心人權條約」都是以世界人權宣言為藍圖而慢慢衍生。他希望藉由這個活動，讓這個普世人權價值在台灣生根。廖福特：『(原音)世界人權宣言被稱為國際人權大憲章，它非常重要的概念是人權能夠國際化，也就是說人權的概念是變成普世價值的開始，是因為世界人權宣言，它不再只是單一國家的價值，而是能夠所有全世界的人權的價值。』
另外，國家人權博物館也將在12月9日舉辦世界人權日紀念活動，透過館內的互動裝置，讓前往參觀的民眾了解世界人權宣言的內容。
