兩A咖聯姻收入超高 像A股公司合併

大陸A咖明星趙麗穎與馮紹峰兩人今（16）日宣布婚訊，而趙麗穎所持股的A股上市公司「暴風集團」早盤一度漲停，逆勢收漲2.29%至人民幣8.95元。而市場指出，二位新人去年共賺約人民幣2.3億元（約新台幣10.4億元），兩大A咖明星聯姻，就好比兩家A股公司合併。
馮紹峰同樣為大陸一線明星，擁有多家公司股權。本名馮威的馮紹峰，在上海東威影視有限公司、南京峰芒影視文化工作室、新沂烽火輪影視文化工作室擔任法人，另外樂視影業（北京）有限公司、浙江東陽浩瀚影視娛樂有限公司、北京烽馳映畫文化傳媒有限公司、上海朗烽影視文化工作室擔任股東。

根據新浪網指出，分析暴風集團異動的時間會發現，其啟動時間早於二人宣布時間。因此，二者結婚與暴風集團的突然異動，推測只是巧合。暴風集團日前發布業績預告，2018年前三季預計虧損人民幣2.18億至2.23億元。其中，第3季虧損將在人民幣1.12億至1.17億元，超過上半年的虧損總和。

一名 16歲少女臉部出現水腫，一張臉比原來大 2倍，且症狀反覆出現，就醫經基因篩檢才知道罹患遺傳性血管性水腫 (HAE)。全家篩檢結果，竟有 5人都罹患此病。醫師提醒，若家族曾有嚴重水腫、或因呼吸道突發性腫脹，窒息死亡者，都應多留意、及早篩檢。
台灣氣喘學衛教學會理事長、新竹馬偕醫院小兒過敏免疫科主任朱斯鴻表示，遺傳性血管性水腫是罕見的原發性免疫不全症，屬於補體缺陷的免疫不全症。當父母一方有這樣的缺陷時，就會有 50%的機率會遺傳到子女，其中，約有 25%的病例由自發性突變產生。
遺傳性血管水腫的主要症狀，就是全身到處皆會產生的局部皮下或粘膜下水腫反覆發作，不僅讓患者處於虛弱與痛苦之中，更有可能因為喉嚨部位腫脹發生窒息，危及患者生命。
朱斯鴻說，由於過去對於這項疾病的認知不足，加上多數醫師較少遇過遺傳性血管性水腫症，若症狀是發生在四肢時，常會認為是身體過敏或是體內免疫系統問題，並未探究反覆發生以及家族內是否有相同症狀，而錯失檢驗治療的時機。
遺傳性血管性水腫在尚未被認定為罕見疾病之前，治療上僅能使用腎上腺素、抗阻織胺、類固醇，或是新鮮冷凍血漿、雄性素等，但這些都不能有效治療，還會出現嚴重副作用。
朱斯鴻說，在受到罕病法保障後，可先以專案進口方式引進新藥物。目前國外藥物 C1酯 ?抑制劑，透過皮下注射方式，能阻斷水腫形成的關鍵介質，超過 90%的患者在治療後 2小時都能有效緩解症狀，並能避免因突發性症狀危害到生命，大幅改善患者的生活品質。未來在專案進口引進後，希望能透過罕病法，盡快納入健保。
他也提醒若水腫出現在四肢皮膚、非對稱，左手腫脹右手正常，不癢但有腫脹感，且反覆發作，並會反覆肚子痛、喉水腫，或是家族中曾有人因呼吸道突發性腫脹，窒息死亡者，應盡速至醫院做基因檢驗，及早接受治療。
