The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. 墨首位左翼總統上任 彭斯、伊凡卡抵墨前使館爆炸
墨西哥首位左派總統羅培茲，1日宣誓就職，多國領袖到場祝賀，美國派副總統彭斯與第一千金參加祝賀，但在他們抵達前，墨西哥第2大城瓜達拉哈拉的美國領事館，卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，幸好沒人受傷。

在國會議員的歡呼聲中，墨西哥新任總統羅培茲，上台宣誓就職。
墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我宣誓盡全力守護墨西哥合眾國的憲政。」
65歲的羅培茲是墨西哥這70年來，第1位選出的左派總統，儘管挾著高人氣，在全國一片歡欣鼓舞的氣氛中上任，羅培茲的總統任期，卻挑戰重重，面臨國家長期貧困、貪汙腐敗與幫派暴力嚴重等問題，民眾都期待他能帶來真正的改革。
墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我再次保證不欺騙、不偷竊、不會背叛墨西哥人民 ！」
墨西哥新總統上任，各國領袖都來祝賀，委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛，出席羅培茲就職典禮，卻引發墨國民眾抗議，在國會高舉布條標語，不歡迎獨裁者蒞臨。而美國派出副總統彭斯與第一千金伊凡卡，到場祝賀。
美國副總統彭斯：「國土安全部長將留下來繼續與墨國新政府對話，希望能達成協議，允許美國在處理庇護申請時，難民能留在墨西哥。」
只是美國駐墨西哥瓜達拉哈拉領事館，前一晚卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，外牆炸出40公分大洞，雖然沒人受傷，但嫌犯逃逸無蹤，而且時機敏感，就在彭斯與伊凡卡抵達之前，看來墨西哥想改善暴力治安，只怕長路迢迢。

新會期交鋒 在野黨：空污法別打假球
【台灣醒報記者鄭羿菲台北報導】針對立法院新會期將於27日開議，民進黨團鎖定軍人年改、空污法、礦業法等為優先法案，「盼民進黨勿在空污法打假球。」國民黨立委蔣萬安21日受訪時表示，排放污染源管制應由環保署握有主導權，與經濟部僅需「會商」即可。時代力量總召徐永明也批評，若環保署還要會同經濟部同意，等於是在放水。至於軍人年改、司法改革等法案，藍營都與智庫正在研擬當中。
立法院新會期即將在27日開議，而立法院長蘇嘉全將在26日上午召集朝野協商確定新會期的開議程序，國、民兩大黨團也規劃在26日召開黨團會議，決定新會期的優先法案。民進黨團總召柯建銘正在盤整黨內意見，包括軍人年改、司法改革、組織改造、空氣污染防制法、礦業法及公司法都將會是新會期中，執政黨的優先法案。
「盼民進黨不要在空污法中打假球。」蔣萬安21日受訪時表示，空污法的主管機關應交由環保署主掌，行政院推出的法案版本卻是環保署與經濟部雙頭共管，環保署要制訂排放污染源總量管制標準，還要與經濟部「會同」，也就是要經濟部同意才可以，很明顯就是為了解決「缺電」危機，讓火力發電廠「火力全開」才設下這個暗樁。
蔣萬安認為，行政院嘴巴上說修空污法是為了解決空氣污染，但除非拿出完整的配套措施，否則環保署要「會同」經濟部，就是在打假球。
「公告管制標準都得經過經濟部同意，最後空氣污染防制法只會變成空氣污染放水法。」徐永明也批評說，行政院版本空污法中的會同應改為「會商」，也就是環保署只要跟經濟部討論就好，就算經濟部不同意也能公告生效。而新的會期也會將集會遊行法、礦業法及公司法列為優先討論的法案。
國民黨團書記長李彥秀指出，黨團與智庫都還在密切研議包括空污法、礦業法、公司法、司法改革相關法案及軍人年改等修法的對案，其中軍人年改希望能以公聽會的方式，擴大公民參與修法。退休將領吳斯懷則堅稱，反對軍人年改的「溯及既往」，政府要年改可以，僅能適用在新入伍的將領，不能自己撕毀先前與將領們的承諾。
徐永明則認為，因軍人年改樓地板高於公教人員的32160元近5000元左右，需要考量一定的公平性，可以再討論。
